Not enough information to give you any positive answer. Age, how long you have owned him, exercise, temperament.
Also we cannot see your dog.
Your best bet is to have the dog checked out at the vets.
Ps: Seems you have similar problems with your Rottie?

Hi he may have the thyroid problem this effects larger breeds of dog a small operation will change him into a big strong dog.
