So I question highly the motive for this ill placed

You have the wrong idea of his agenda. The slogan is the same that Ronald Reagan used referring to the administration of Jimmy Carter that Reagan considered was not good for America, just as Mr. Trump feels that way about the Obama Admin. It has no racial bias in the slogan.

Mr. Trump has hired people of all races for his business and his campaign.

The only animus Mr. Trump believes in is for criminal gangs from south of the border and terrorists from anywhere, who happen to be Muslim extremists.

What's Jim Cow? Anyways he isn't going to do those things. There are plenty of colored people who voted him in. Like me

Actually you have that wrong. Democrats, Progressives, and Liberals want us to return to segregation. After-all they have been placing us into different groups since January 2009. They placed the LGBTQ crowd as superior to straight people, all ethnic backgrounds against white people, Muslims being superior to Christians and Jews, lazy people over non-lazy people and the list goes on and on.
