What's your favorite dish to make using a Crockpot?

I make a lot of shredded beef I can freeze for later.

As to recipes I make often I like Chicken tator Tot Casserole. You take cut up chicken breast, tator tots, your favorite veggies, and some cheese and layer it in the crock. Then add a bit of milk and cook on low until the tots are cooked through and the chicken is cooked. usually about 4 hours.

I like to take a blade pot roast, add some liquid, and cook it.

I use beef bouillon, bay leaf, Worcestershire sauce, chopped onion, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder .. for the liquid I add.
