I don't think it would change. There wasn't much he could "remember" from being a toddler that would change him. He didn't suffer from memory loss when he hit his head; his personality changed.
Knowing that he's a Saiyan sent to destroy earth changed nothing when he found out about it. So I don't think it would change anything if the memory was his.
