I need advice. Can you help? I'm lost?

Idk what's wrong with me. Ever since 12-28-2016, I've been having mood swings... Mostly episodes of crying off and on. For no reason. I've been falling behind in college, when usually I'm a good student. I haven't done my dishes in 2 weeks, and I usually wash them every day. I stopped taking my high blood pressure meds, I'm smoking more than usual, can't seem to stay focused. I can't muster the motivation to cook myself a decent meal, so I just grab pieces of cheese out of the fridge and eat it. In fact, I've been craving cheese for the past 3 weeks. I can't bring myself to drink water, I am fatigued all the time, nauseous at night, have insomnia sometimes, and have been napping during the day when I usually don't do that... What is wrong with me? Why am I so emotional, tired, nauseous, unmotivated, and weepy? Also dehydrated a lot.

Go to the doctor. Maybe, your classes are causing stress, but if you don't go to the doctor, you won't know what to do.

And, WHY have you stopped taking your medication? If you do this, you could have a heart attack. Take your meds, and get right in to see your doctor.

It sounds like a nasty case of anxiety. Try to modify your schedule and slow down. Stress can be murder on the body. Try a massage and moderate activities to slow down. Life is stressful but fight back!

Since you say you are in college I would stop by your student health center. When the doctor asks what brings you in today show them what you have written here. Use that as a basis for having a frank discussion on how you are doing. They can do a full physical and neurological workup to see if have a physical illness or if anything you are taking or doing may be causing or contributing to your issue. They will want you to speak with a counselor and may refer you to a mental health professional who is specially trained to diagnose and treat mental illnesses. Once a diagnosis has been made, treatment options can be evaluated.
