How do I get my partner to send me what I asked for.?

So this is how it goes

Me:You know how I told you that I wanted you to work with me to expand to South Africa

I wanted to test the waters before we do anything so I was wondering if you could send me pictures of some hyped shoes (from all angles around )

So I can post it around on South African classifieds to test the waters and see how good/bad the response is and if they market is there

Me :I talked to a few resellers around here and they all say that its easy to sell but they simply cant get stock of the most hyped stuff due to availability in South Africa and import prices , so thats where we would have a huge advantage

How do I get him to send me the pictures and logos that I asked for?
