Just saw my meal replacement has fructose in it

22 grams of sugar

Does this mean it’s unhealthy and I’ve been replacing meals with bs

Will I be okay

I’m having Panic attack and always when I have panic attacks I get all the symptoms that I read about

The stuff says on the box dilute and don’t inhale fumes

I inhaled a little tiny bit for less than a second non diluted and now I’m having an anxiety attack and struggle to breath but after I used my asthma pump it was better now I’m outside getting some fresh air and it’s raining so the air is amazing

Will I be okay

So I have a formal friend that I was talkmg to for a month but we had a fight cause he's a lying c•nt and it's been months since we really talked besides replying to each others snapchats but we haven't talked for months

I thought meh probably sent to the wrong person

Then I also saw that he sent me a WhatsApp saying

I don't know what he's trying to do here but I'm scared that he's going to hack my PayPal or something

I honestly don't know what he's capable of but I'm not really scared for anything other than my paypal

But since he's talking about Karma and not him harming him himself

So I can post it around on South African classifieds to test the waters and see how good/bad the response is and if they market is there

How do I get him to send me the pictures and logos that I asked for?

I just downloaded a lot of instrumentals of popular artists songs and a lot of them have been used by someone like Ricegum who used them as a background for his diss track

But I've read that it's copy right and I can't use those in the background of my video

So my questions I can I or will Youtube give me sh!t

It's been happening constantly for a couple months

Lately whenever I see a cute small dog

I get aggressive

I just can't handle the cuteness and I clench my firsts and go say hi to the dog in a completely freaked out by its cuteness manner

I'm not trolling i really need to know if I have to go to a doctor or a therapist for this

So we went on vacation to the beach and there was a lot of sand in my room (where my 2016 MacBook Pro was)

And now only one of the 4 USB C thingies work for charging

They all work fine for plugging in **** but only the one wants to charge it

And back home without sand it charged fine in those holes

So I'm a small YouTuber

And currently I am on vacation with my family at the beach

And I haven't posted a video in 3 days and I really want to post one again

But how do I shoot this video without saying giving away the fact that I have a YouTube channel :(
