I accidentally smelled a little tiny bit of acid or this cleaning **** but I just smelled it?

I’m having Panic attack and always when I have panic attacks I get all the symptoms that I read about

The stuff says on the box dilute and don’t inhale fumes

I inhaled a little tiny bit for less than a second non diluted and now I’m having an anxiety attack and struggle to breath but after I used my asthma pump it was better now I’m outside getting some fresh air and it’s raining so the air is amazing

Will I be okay
