Do multivitamins cause acne?
I just started taking multivitamins almost a week ago and I've noticed I started breaking out on my back and a few here and there on my face. I suppose I can't call it acne.. just a few minor bumps here and there but I haven't had back acne in years. I planned to contribute it to my menstrual being around the corner but I don't use get pimples on my back from it. Should I stop or give them a chance to actually do their job?
It is a one a day multivitamin and I do actually feel better. Not as tired. My skin isn't as dry and I don't feel cold all the time as much either. I doubt it would work this fast.. it may all be in my mind but I'm just curious.
Thank you in advance!

They shouldnt. Get this easy one-step for treating Acne and Acne scars - works with cystic and all other forms of acne. Just get Niapads ® Niacinamide pads. These face pads help keep acne away by scrubbing open clogged pores, oily residues and exfoliation. Feel a pimple coming? Activate a pad with drops of water and place it on the pimple Remove it when dry. Sit back and watch pimple disappear. Works on body acne too.
These pads also help reduce skin hyperpigmentation (acne scars) and increases skin hydration. Try it and see the difference.

Any pill can have side effects. Each person is different so your question is you specific. You could try a different brand of vitamin to see if the rash goes away. You could give it a few weeks and see if the rash goes away with the one you are using. Its a trial and error kind of thing, you try different things and see how they work. Tho do give it a few weeks, very hard to tell immediately.
If it gets worse, stop sooner.

Don't drive yourself crazy finding out if this that or the other causes acne, quite frankly, washing your face more often, avoiding certain food or drinks, sleeping more, ...etc. does very little to effect the overall outcome. Acne has more to do with genes and hormones than anything else. In other words, if your skin is prone to acne... you are going to get it no matter what. If you want to get rid of acne in the meantime get bevoline by skin divine. It is a phenomenal product that clears your acne by blocking the bacteria that causes it. It's cheaper on Amazon if you have prime. I hope my answer helps:)
