When you finish your enlistment, you receive an Honorable Discharge if you choose not to or are otherwise unable to reenlist.

If you've served a portion of your Active Duty contract you can apply to transfer to the National Guard or Army Reserve, if a unit has an opening for you. It all depends on what your command says, though. Trying to get out before your contract is through is tough if you still want an Honorable Discharge.

There are so many other opportunities at the rest of society. Consider a temporary employment agency.

I'm not familiar with the details of army contracts but in general if you break any contract there is a price to be paid. That's the whole point of a contract. So, I think that it would be very unlikely that you would get a regular discharge if you broke the terms of your contract.
