I have a uti, but I made plans with a guy this weekend. Would sleeping with him be a horrible idea?

I really don't want to disappoint him as we've been pretty flirty and there's a lot of sexal tension. We agreed to meet at the bar for dancing but he's from out if town so he would obviously be staying with me even though we haven't actually discussed sleeping arrangements. I don't want to hurt myself but I feel like its almost healed I could maybe go through with it. I really want to sleep with him its not a question of want its a question of ability more lol should I tell him if he comes there's a possibility we won't sleep together? I dont want to assume he's thinking that but I also don't want him to think he's coming all this way for s*x and then it not be worth his while.
