I've never seen any woman upset by that word, so I couldn't tell you. Perhaps it's just when you use it?

it's one of million words that get women upset or angry , it's also the tone used when saying it

It doesn't upset me. It makes me think of old Duncan Hines cake commercials with a fork gently pressing on the cake.

Maybe they don't like this word. I had a friend who hated it. I prefer to use the word wet and she did too. It's accurate and it describes what a woman feels when she's sexually aroused.

Mostly because they think you are mocking them, just like how small can upset some men. It's different though because moist is hardly used in colloquial language so most women will assume you are talking about them.
