The most common cause of "yellow bits" under the foreskin is stale, caked on smegma caused by failing to wash well enough.
Make sure that, at least daily, you are retracting your foreskin fully - that is to expose the entire glans (head) and the 'groove' behind it. Wash well with soap and warm water - water alone will not fully remove the oil based smegma. Rinse off all the soap with plain water and dry your penis.
If some smegma remains compacted on then try loosening it with a little olive oil before washing.
Should you still be unable to remove all of it then see a doctor in case it is something more serious.

You shouldn't be washing under the foreskin.
Wipe with a damp finger.
Depends how old you are.

Ignore the circumcised troll, he has a fetish for circumcised. But it's pretty gross that you have those bits, you should be washing and drying the penis head daily

that's smegma (aka dick cheese), which unfortunately is common for uncircumcised guys.
get rid of the nasty foreskin cause it causes lots of issues like bad smell, smegma, higher chance of transmitting STDs.
no wonder girls are turned off by foreskin right?

with a protective, highly-innervated, erogenous full-length foreskin. Many unforeskinned guys would envy your foreskin. You display great wisdom in wanting to avoid circumcision.
You should thank your parents for protecting your physical integrity. Because of your physical integrity you will be able to have sex the way nature intended it.

Smegma is nothing more than an amalgam of cast-off skin cells and skin oils. Smegma collects under the foreskin. It is normally white in color. Some people believe that smegma resembles cream cheese.
Smegma is a protective, healthy substance that provides beneficial skin oils to the mucosa that covers the head of the penis. Smegma is nothing to worry about. Smegma is NOT filth. It is a natural product of the human body. It is harmless. The culture of the United States improperly and ignorantly classifies smegma as some kind of filth. It is not filth. It is protective and provides body oils to the head of the penis. Smegma contains antibacterial substances, so it inhibits the growth of invasive bacteria. It is actually beneficial to have some smegma present. Young guys who can’t yet retract the foreskin so easily risk giving themselves an infection by manipulating it too much, so don't be too eager to get rid of it all.
Smegma accumulates harmlessly and protectively under the foreskin from birth to the first time a young male retracts his foreskin. It is normal to see a deposit of smegma upon first retraction. This is nothing to worry about. It simply may be washed away. If it is hardened, one may soak it with olive oil to soften it.
The head (glans penis) and inside of the foreskin is covered with mucosa, not skin. It needs emollient oils for good health. This is provided by smegma.
Smegma should be washed away once in a while so it does not get smelly. Excessive washing and the use of soap inside the foreskin should be avoided because it dries out the sensitive tissues and can cause dermatitis. If you can’t retract your foreskin, do not worry. You may get a rubber bulb ear syringe and squirt lukewarm water into your foreskin to flush out whatever may be inside.
Accumulated smegma may get hardened and difficult to remove if it stays a long time such as under a foreskin that is not retracted. Olive oil has been recommended for softening and removing hardened smegma.
Since smegma is composed of exfoliated skin and skin exfoliation occurs continuously,, smegma is continuously forming. You may expect to see more every day.
It is a good manners to wash off the smegma before you have a sexual encounter.
