National Honor Society (NHS) Question (Read the Description)?
I'm a Junior in High School, and I am "scholastically eligible" to become a member of the NHS. However, my cumulative GPA kind of fluctuates, in that, it stays above 85, but some of my other classes (actually, just 1) drops in the "C" range. Before I actually join, could they kick me out for having a bad grade in just the one class? (Which is history, by the way)

I think as long as you have a 3.5 GPA and above and community service hours your are eligible to get into National Honor Society.

That is a question for the teacher how "sponsors" NHS at your school or your guidance counselor. The requirements for NHS membership can be found in the paperwork your school has or on the NHS website.

To be the NHS you have to stay at an A average and a teacher has to nominate you. My daughter is a senior and was nominated.
