It still doesn't address the underlying problem which is sky high medical costs. Insurance created the problem in the first place.

No.
Based on what I know, it will help some, but harm more and have more people losing coverage they have now.
Any replacement should cover at least as many people and provide less cost or more people covered.

More like Ryancare, seeing as how it's that turncoat bastard Paul Ryan's newest baby... but no, I don't like it at all. I'm not convinced it's significantly better than Obamacare.
We don't need a comprehensive law governing and providing health insurance. We just need to get government out of that business entirely so that it can work the way it's supposed to and costs can finally go back down to natural market levels. Repeal Obamacare, allow interstate insurance sales, enact loser-pays tort reform, and cut back on the redundant and overbearing regulations that make doctors' jobs more difficult than they should be. There you go.
