    5 kN/(3*pi*r^2) <= 40 N/mm^2 =>

    5000 N/40 N <= (3*pi*r^2)/(1 mm^2) =>

    125 mm^2 <= 3*pi*r^2 =>

    r^2 >= (125 mm^2)/(3*pi) = 13.263 mm^2 =>

    r greater than or equal to 3.642 mm =>

    Diameter greater than or equal to 7.3 mm.
