No, you could NOT be pregnant. Please continue to waste pregnancy tests, our time, and your life, though.

Your boyfriend is not Superman. He does not produce sperm that can penetrate clothing and walk, fly or jump into your fallopian tubes. Nor does he produce sperm that are so powerful that they get you pregnant instantly AND cause a pregnancy that leads to cramps within hours/days of conception.

Please educate yourself about the rudiments of human physiology if you are going to do sexual things with a partner. (HOW do you think sperm could somehow 'get through' and why do you think cramps are a sign of pregnancy?)

My friend Bill is an oncologist and recently had a case where a man's erections were so powerful they drained the blood his heart needed. He was later diagnosed with leukemia. They apparently conducted an ejaculate force test under laboratory settings to see if his sperm cells could swim through the fabric of his jeans. They could not, and he was diagnosed with leukemia.

So my final answer is that unless your boyfriend has leukemia you are definitely pregnant, please schedule a lumbar puncture to confirm as soon as possible.

No. If you have cramps it's because your period is coming or you are ill. You can't get pregnant unless sperm enters your vagina. Sperm cannot penetrate layers of clothing.
