groin pain?

im a girl and i run track, more specifically sprinting. A couple days ago i felt this pain on the left side of my inner thigh/pelvis. its only gotten worse, its hard to stand up and walk as well. I want to get injury free fast because i have a meet coming up and i want to be in shape for it. Plz help

    Sounds like a pull. A massage therapist may help. Talk to your coach.

    Could be from overuse. If you run track for your school they provide a health examiner for free for track runners and in general for students. Therefore, go to the nurse and speak to them and they can examine your legs. You may need to rest it and stop overusing it.
