Hiking tips please?

Guys I have my dofe silver in a week and I would like to know if I should do any excersise prior to get ready. Also best energy foods and drinks.Also I have a drama exam the following day so how can I prevent getting blisters and bruises.

    Do some stairs. Like every 2 days. You can make it as har as you want. I do 13 minutes, a couples sets of that., but I started out with 8 minutes and worked up from there. I wasn't training, just bored and waiting for something to finish, cooking or the computer to install or compile something. Of course the obvious ones are to go for walks and do hikes. Biking would help too. Also proper footwear is important too.

    animal wool in your shoes, take extra blister pads to donate to others, it will be noticed that you are prepared and kind. Take boiled eggs.
