Are scars on breasts a turn off? And how can I reduce them?

So this is really embarrassing, but I have some hair that grows around my areolas. I pluck the hairs when they are visible. My BF has never seen the hairs. But sometimes they get ingrown and leaves a scar. I have a few of these. They're still red or pink colored as they are new scars. They are so embarrassing. I feel like my BF isn't as attracted to my boobs as he once was. He says he doesn't notice but I know he's not blind. haha Is this something that is a huge turn off?

Is there a scar reducing cream out there?
