While living on government housing assistance, isn't it against their policies to do drugs and to have a man living in that house?

I have a situation with my sister who's on HUD. She does drugs and she has her boyfriend (who is a felon), living with her and her son (my nephew). A situation happening a month ago where I found out that she's allowing her boyfriend to abuse my nephew and she has my 9 year old nephew cleaning the toilet, washing her dishes, taking out the trash while her boyfriend does none of that. I already had to call the police on her boyfriend for choking my nephew but my sister decided to not press charges and he's now living with her. For me not wanting my nephew to be abused, she's now making it to where I can't even speak to him. Now, I find out that her and her boyfriend are doing cocaine and smoking weed around my nephew. I'm very close to taking matters into my own hand and sacrificing my freedom to f**k both of them up to relieve my nephew of that nightmare because every time I picked him up, he always said he don't like it at home and he's nearly in tears when I would take him back home. Instead of doing what I want to do, I want to call someone to report them doing drugs. Can I do that? Sorry for being long winded. My heart is hurting for my nephew. I love my little buddy.

Black people are just garbage that's why! Look at any city with a large black population and it's crap! Detroit for example used to one of the most thriving cities now it's nothing but worthless blacks. Black people so useless it's ridiculous which is why I'm proud of Dylan Roof! I hope segregation comes back I'm so sick of looking at blacks! They think they deserve free college and sh*t, the only thing they deserve is free rope to hang themselves with! Black lives don't mean sh*t!

Typical black ghetto problems. Just use the black solution on them all. I'm sure I don't have to tell you what that is.

Why are you people all in housing anyway? Are you all allergic of a hard days work?

i would report to the police for everything like drugs, and also abuse, and it wouldnt hurt to talk to someone from cps about your nephew, maybe they'll let you take him

Cleaning toilets, washing dishes, and taking out the trash sounds like chores every child ought to be doing. Exaggerating normal household tasks may not impress authorities,

I think there may be something you can do about the situation, but allow the legal system to do it. If you do something on your own that ends you up in jail then your nephew has no one looking out for him. You sound like a truly good person and he should be living with you. I guess that is your goal. If you report the situation to the county Family Services they will likely investigate. This will get the legal process started. I would not tell your nephew what you are doing as he's likely to reveal that information to your sister or her boyfriend and this will only give them advanced warning of what's to come!
