He's from Brazil. His father is Afro-Brazilian,and Native-American and Japanese and his mother is mixed with Italian/Portuguese/German
Also he's not black, because neither of his parents are black.

Most people would consider him black even though his features aren't purely African.

Technically he is mixed, but his phenotype looks closer to African black and most people will see him as black. It does not matter if he is a mix of different ethnicities, most people will judge others from their physical appearence. People will look at him as black and will not care if he his mixed, unless he has some unique phenotype that people will ask what he is.

Mixed. With all of those nationalities, you cannot box someone into a single category.

Black.
He's black, he looks fully black, he is percieved as black by society and will be treated as such. Both his parents have black ancestry. Black genes are also usually dominant.
