It doesn't matter. The only way to actually "Drain the Swamp" is to stop electing both Republicans and Democrats. We need new independent politicians who will put being a loyal American citizen far ahead of belonging to any political party. Party politics has become so disruptive and divisive it's literally undermining many people's love of country.
We Americans don't really need the Democrats or the Republicans, but we certainly do need a fully functioning government that represents all of us. The last thing the USA needs is more hypocritical lying politicians who love their party more than their country.

Hopefully, someone who appeals to the party in general. A divided party is never good.

I personally like Gabbard, but like most people ITT my guess at this time would be Cory Booker.

Not counting Hillary, the last several Democratic nominees came out of nowhere. Nobody anticipated them or expected them. Carter, Dukakis, Bill Clinton, John Kerry, Obama. Al Gore was the only one anyone anticipated.
So the next Democratic nominee could be Elizabeth Warren, Cory Booker, someone like that who could take the party off in a new direction. Or it could be someone you're not familiar with yet.
