Same here. Rather than rely on drugs, you might want to try Sleepytime Extra tea. It's a chamomile/mint blend that's also got valerian; an herbal remedy for insomnia. I've never gotten results from plain chamomile tea, but this stuff works pretty well for me. It's made by Celestial Seasonings.
