why do i feel dizzy and weak after i got scratched and bit VERY badly by my cat?

like 10 minutes ago my cat was fighting with my other cat so i picked him up to take him away from my cat and while taking him to my room out of nowhere he bit me really hard that it ripped my skin and he put his nails deep inside my arm and the whole area is numb. after i started feeling really dizzy like i was about to vomit.

    Ideally you should go to the doctor.

    Its probably a reaction from the pain and the surprise of your cat attacking you.
