Grammar - modal verbs?

Hi everyone, could you please help me out with the following. Which is right?

1. "You HAVE TO be 18 to watch this movie" or "You MUST be 18 to watch this movie?"

2. "You SHOULDN'T sit so near the TV. It's bad for your eyes" or "You MUSTN'T sit so near the TV?"

Thank you very much in advance!:)

    All four are grammatically correct.

The first two are interchangeable - 'have to' and 'must' both have the sense of obligation, necessity.

The second two are a bit different in meaning. Should = an expected or recommended behavior, not as strong as 'must.' Must = obligation, necessity.
