Do I need to go see a doctor?

So technically I am a 16 yr old female traveling and I was going in a car to visit the eiffel tower when all of a sudden I got this horrible severe feeling of stomach pain! I am used to this and get it 5 times a year where it is this severe and bad! Normally I just sit on the toilet and poop and after 1-2 hours of just chilling on the toilet it is gone! But this time, the pain is still there. I went to poop, stayed 1-2 hours but even after that the pain of stomach pain stayed! If I move too much it comes back. I feel helpless! What do you guys think it is! It is so painful and I normally have a high pain tolerance but this is just so severe!!

If the pain is located towards the bottom right of your abdomen and has moved down, and if it hurts when you jump down off a single step, or press in on the site of pain and let go makes it worse, then go to your doctor or the ER urgently (might be Appendicitis)

If it is more like a simple stomach infection or IBS then make a normal appointment with your doctor.

TECHNICALLY you're a 16 year old female? TECHNICALLY??? Are you transgender or something?

As with all medical question the only safe, reliable & guaranteed sensible advice is to see your doctor. So that's what I'm going to suggest.
