What psychological/mental disorder could this be and what can I do?

My mother, for as long as I can remember, has mentally abused me. For a long time, I thought this was normal, but as I began to become more vocal to my other relatives and much older siblings, I realized this wasn t normal in any way. She has lied about having cancer. She has threatened to take me away from my family when my car battery died and belittled me for days causing me to panic and have very long crying episodes. She makes promises that she pretends she never made. She victimized herself when she has created the bad situation. She has repeatedly stolen money from me and even tried to steal the $500 I saved up for college fees. She never bought groceries for the family, forcing us to buy our own food at minimum wage. And somehow, after having the same job for 20+ years, she can t afford monthly bills and is being sued by two friends for not paying back money they lent her. She even kicked me out a few months ago, threatening to kill herself. I m off to college and her credit is screwing me out of a few loans. I m not sure what could help me at this point.
