Choice for love for 18+ novel?

Alright romance novel fanatics and those of you with a little bit of a dirty, devil mind. I have a question. How do you guys feel about novels with some mfm action? Or do you guys prefer the one female one male option...pros and cons? (I have the basic plot ready but just deciding which route to take)

    Not even gay guys. Gay "romance" is sold almost exclusively to women.
