How can I be more confident about my appearance or stop worrying about it without letting myself go?
I ve been struggling with this lately. Especially since it s summertime. I go to festivals and see girls with perfect bodies and skin and hair chugging beers in belly shirts, no makeup, and still looking super hot.
It s hard for me because First off, I m a strawberry blonde haired girl. So I am very pale no matter how hard I might try to tan and burn easy. I feel like a flashlight in my bikini lol. Like my belly blinds people because I m so white.
Also I have some noticeable belly fat and love handles this year. I fell in love and put on 30 lbs.
My husband is proud getting more tired of hearing me beat myself up then he admits...
I want to take yoga classes but don t want to work out in front of people and embarrass myself.
How can I be less insecure?
I just feel like I look less healthy than I really am.

People in classes usually are there for the same reason as you. This isn't about health, this is about how attractive you feel when you compare yourself to other women, who are probably younger than you are. If you want to be less insecure diet and exercise.

If all that is stopping you is group classes, go for private classes, that are just you and the instructor. Now the only thing now is, do you want to go to the instructor or do you want them to come to your home? Either way removes your main excuse for not doing something that was your own idea.

You have to be yourself. And what does falling in love have to do with gaining 30 pounds? You are a whiney person who wants everything without putting forth any effort. Get to a gym or yoga class and get the lard off. Quit your bitchin or you will chase your new husband off. No one likes a whiner.
