Do I look dangerously overweight?
I have been gaining a little weight lately, been indulging a bit too much at the rush of seminar lunches at work.
Have bumped up a size or two in recent times, and family have been getting concerned about my weight.
I am content with my weight and wellbeing but will take action if there are health concerns. Should I be doing something about my weight?

You seemed to have gained most in your stomach, which is par for the course is you work a desk job. I'd say change your diet, stop eating bread, pasta, cereals, cake (anything made with flour or grains). You don't necessarily need to drink milk either. Cut out the sugar. Don't drink diet soda (all they do is cause many people to feel hungry anyway).
Try Atkins diet. Seriously... most men lose very quickly on this diet. And it's a great way of eating. I enjoy it.
