Which of these foods is the culprit that caused 2 days of diarrhea?
In the past few days something didn't digest and caused the runs. Here's a list of what all I ate for a few days, so which of these foods from the previous 3 days is most likely what caused the diarrhea?
Shredded wheat cereal with milk
Eggplant parmigiana with spaghetti (2 days in a row)
salad with oil and vinegar
garlic rolls
Guava/cheese pastries
Fish sandwiches from Checkers (2 days in a row)
yogurt with blueberries
apples and bananas
oatmeal
a baked sweet potato
eggs and grits
Or, could it go back 4 days? On Thursday I had fish tacos and they had a salsa bar. Monday was the bad day.

Are there any other symptoms or "just" the diarrhea?
And how long after eating each of the above foods did you begin to have the symptoms?
In order to eliminate things it is easier to know if you ate at home or out and who prepared the food.
My guess you could eliminate the following
Shredded wheat and milk
apples and bananas
Oatmeal
baked sweet potato
salad with oil and vinegar
yogurt and blueberries (I am sure if the yogurt was "off" you would have noticed)
The next questions would be..
Who made the eggplant parmigiana and how was it stored over the 2 days?
Who made the garlic rolls and was it a commercially prepared or did you make them and was the garlic fresh or do you store it in oil? (Not good to store it in oil) but that would result in botulism not diarrhea so we could eliminate this as well.
Fish sandwich, this is a possibility.
Guava/cheese pastry, that would probably go moldy and you would most likely not eat it at that point.
Fish taco and the salsa bar might also be a source.
