July 28, 2017 I tripped over a mat at the MVA got bruise arm and thigh sent them a letter and pics will they send a check for my injuries?

No for two reasons. #1, unless you notified them of the accident & have medical records to backup your injury, they're not liable. And #2, your clumsiness isn't their fault-- you'd have to prove they were somehow negligent.

How can we know that? Their legal department may simply ignore the letter unless you threaten a lawsuit.
If they send a check, it will be small.
