HELP WITH WEIGHT LOSS PLEASE .?

I've been struggling with weight for years at this point . I'm over 200 pounds and I'm 15. I'm tired of being like this. I know that in order to lose weight the best way to do it is slowly and without cutting out any food groups. However, I want something that can help me jump start my weight loss. Something that I can do but won't make me gain a whole bunch of weight after I eat all of the food groups . Does anyone have anything that can help . Or any suggestions. I'm around 210 at the moment. My metabolism is kind of messed up so I gain and lose weight somewhat fast (I want that to stop) . I wanted to do a jump start to get me to maybe 185 and then follow a proper plan to help me lose weight slowly and effectively .

I'll do you one better. I'll tell you how to lose the weight...permanently and WITHOUT excess exercise.

You are correct. You're metabolism is messed up and I know why. I know bc mine was messed up, too, until I read "Fat Chance" by Dr Robert Lustig M.D.

It'll scare the crap out of you AND give you hope bc being fat and unhealthy is REVERSIBLE.

There are many factors in the global obesity pandemic, but one is WAY bigger than the rest: fructose.

You really only need to eliminate this ONE carbohydrate.

Like alcohol, fructose is poisonous when consumed in large quantity and chronically. Stop eating things high in fructose and you will stop being fat.

Read the book and watch the YouTube videos on the author.

I was fat, now I'm not, and more importantly, I'm healthy!

It is important to keep all of the food groups, but you can get enough carbohydrates from non starchy vegetables. The biggest problem with people in your age group is too much sugar, which you do not need at all, and lack of any form of exercise.

Cut out the sugar and starches and it will change your life.
