Help me understand trans.?

I hear people say they are a woman trapped in a man's body, or a man trapped in a woman's body.

In this day and age, women and me have almost equal opportunities.

If it comes down to sexual pleasure, no matter the procedure, you will still never fully experience all that the other gender can do.

I have read online where a person changed sexes, and had the operations to make those changes permanent.

Please help me understand what the issue is.

It's actually pretty simple, and easy to understand. There are a whole bunch of different "aspects" to our biology that determine gender. And every single person has all those aspects in them, just configured slightly differently. In most people, all the physical biological aspects get configured to the same gender during development, and then the brain is configured to associate with those biological aspects.

But given that human development isn't 100% perfect, some people will have only some aspects develop as one gender, but not others. So if certain parts of your body develop along the male lines, but your brain develops as that of a female, then your brain will constantly be confused because it's expecting female anatomy where there's instead male anatomy.

Imagine if you suffered a birth defect where you were missing your legs. Thing is, even though your legs aren't there, your brain will probably still have the motor functions in place to operate your legs. So there will always be a weird issue in your mind, wherein your body doesn't match what your brain expects to be there.

That's actually nothing to do with it

Actually, it's pretty effective, what they can do these days - especially considering that for the most part, men and women both have the same "bits", just shaped differently and in different arrangements.

More to the point, medical technology is only going to get better - there's no reason to think that they won't have a perfect method to physically transition an individual at some stage in the near future

Imagine you had a male twin. Everyone treated you exactly like your brother. You had to play the same sports, go to the same classes, wear the same clothing, use the same restroom/locker room, and you were expected to marry a women. Does that clear it up for you?
