What are some good random acts of kindness?

The good acts was when one helps someone else because they are Americans who need help regardless of race, and even if they are not Americans just because they are in trouble, a woman was saved from a burning car, another rescued a dog putting her life in danger, I saw those on U tube not CNN. PS both groups in VA were left wing groups so it is a civil war between leftist, BLM on one side and the KKK on the other.

The one that I particularly remember happened at my gym. I was exercising when someone yelled something from the locker room. They keep the music loud in that placed so I didn't hear exactly what was yelled. Then I saw a woman appear at the door of the locker room and yell "help! call 911!", and she went back inside. She was completely naked and wet so of course we were all caught by surprise and everyone rushed in. We found her kneeling beside another woman, an elderly one, who had collapsed. This woman kept administering CPR to the old lady until the ambulance arrived, all while she was nude, wet, and surrounded by a crowd of people. I think it was a very selfless act.
