CPU Radiator 10*C cooler than CPU?

Update:

My CPU Radiator is 10*C cooler than the CPU itself is this normal? Also i ensured that its on snug it does not wiggle or anything. there is the right amount of thermal paste on it as well.

    Very normal.

    The main thing is the diodes that measure CPU temperature are in a different location. It's only natural that your CPU core temp would be higher.

    The sensor for the radiator is probably in the fan, so it's actually measuring the air that is flowing through the fan.

    if it was hotter it would be unable to dissipate the cpu heat as fast as the cpu was generating it, in fact it would be HEATING the cpu not cooling it

    There is no perfectly 100% conductive material in the world, so of course the radiator is going to be a bit cooler. And the radiator is actively dissipating the heat while the CPU is generating it.
