Has anyone read George Washington's Vision... or the prophetic poems of Mother Shipton (circa 1640's Ireland).?

George Washington was shown by a materialized angel, the future of USA and all the world wars 1,2,3 and the civil war, and that USA survived in the end.

Mother Shipton, who was shown many visions similar to St. John the Apostle, and was as well known as Nostradamus in her day. www.GodsGrandPlan.org has copies.

These were so well known in their day and yet people chasing after shallow lifestyles have lost this nation's roots.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'Mother Shipton (circa 1640s Ireland)' Mother Shipton, who probably didn't exist, is associated with Yorkshire, not Ireland and the first edition of her prophecies appeared in 1641, eighty years after she was believed to have died. Most of the propecies related to things which had already happened which she was supposed to have prophesied. The most startling prophecies attributed to her were contained in an edition printed in 1862 which was invented by the printer, Charles Hindley. One of his invented prophecies:

The world to an end shall come

In eighteen hundred and eighty one.

    has, of course, been disproved.

Washington's Vision was a short, allegorical story published at the beginning of the Civil War. It was not presented as a true story and it isn't (see Snopes).
