Yahoo Answers needs the ability for the question asker to mark a 'great answer'?
Don't you agree? How many times have you answered a question first and someone comes with the exact same answer and get the 'best answer' for it. Or how many questions have you asked where 2 or more people have had excellent well-written answers and you can only award one of them with the 'best answer'.

Very infrequently, it needs a troll button, with any user getting above a certain amount of clicks losing their account.

Rarely. Because most of my answers are harsh and people don't like to mirror that unless they were trying to irritate me.
