What's wrong with me?
I wake up in the middle end of the night with bad restless legs syndrome. Its so bad I can't get back to sleep for a few hours. I usually crash around 11:00-midnight and wake up around four restless and usually can't fall back asleep till seven then I get up at nine or ten because I'm so tired. Luckily my job doesn't start till noon.

Some prescription medications can cause restless legs, also you can treat it with Benedryl over the counter
