People have told me I’m boring but that’s not what bothers me. My set of life experiences is so different then a lot of people out there especially anyone my age. I cannot relate to anyone. Someone will ask me if I seen this movie or if I have played this game and once they see I’m not a gamer or something they immediately lose interest in talking with me.
I like basic video games like Need for speed, Tony Hawk skating games, pc games, and older tv shows like the Simpsons. I’m a 33 yr old and I’m anti social and you guessed it, not married.

I count all my calories and am getting between 3400-3800 calories a day and am still losing and or maintaining weight. When I try to eat less then 3000 I start losing weight very fast. I go to the gym only twice a week, run hard and walk on average about 3-5 miles a day. Is that really enough to need to eat that much?
I don't eat very healthy. Muffins, danishes, sweet rolls or pie for breakfast, a king sized lunch and a big dinner usually. Fast metabolism or tape worm?

I'm a very casual runner. I run to keep my metabolism going. The last few times I went running I decided to time my mile on the gym's indoor track, six and a half laps equals one mile. My mile times are under six minutes. I'm probably putting in 4-8 miles every week of total running. I don't do anything else, exercise wise anyway, except a little walking. Time trial 1, last week, 5:57, time trial 2, this week 5:54. Time trial 3. yesterday 5:58. After running each one I was pretty tired and out of breath but it felt good.
I want to know if theres any way I could get down to sub 5:00 or even just 5:30. Some people have told me I need to work up to 30 miles a week while others have told me to just work on my sprinting and raw speed. Side note: I smoke, half a pack a day roughly of cigarettes. Obviously I might want to quit that if I want to get faster, or at least cut back. Been smoking for the better part of four years. Kind of looking for something that could take the place of that habit.

I wake up in the middle end of the night with bad restless legs syndrome. Its so bad I can't get back to sleep for a few hours. I usually crash around 11:00-midnight and wake up around four restless and usually can't fall back asleep till seven then I get up at nine or ten because I'm so tired. Luckily my job doesn't start till noon.

I woke up this morning and I feel strange today, in a dream like trance. I'm really fatigued and feel kind of out of it. Everything has a slightly darker tint, as if I'm wearing lenses. Its strange.
The only thing I can think of as why I took four times the recommended amount of valerian last night. I have valerian concentrate capsules and the recommended amount is one to two caps. I took four. I had some really messed up dreams last night too. I don't know I feel like I haven't fully awaken, like I'm still slightly asleep. Feels like a messed up high. What can I do?

I was at a mechanics this afternoon while a heated argument between a technician and a customer turned into a flaming war.
A man who is probably in his mid twenties was getting the alternator in his taurus fixed and when the mechanic told him how much it was the man nearly went insane. Everyone in the shop was quiet and terrified while these two argued and fought. The customer claimed he could not pay for the job but the mechanics told him he couldn't leave until he paid. The customer got furious and said things like, 'How the hell do you expect me to feed myself and my family for the next six months with this ridiculous bill!?' The mechanic initially said it wasn't his problem and that it had to be paid for. They fought for a few more minutes then they began yelling, more the customer then the mechanic. Then the customer agreed to paid grudgingly but as he paid he said, 'I hope you and your stupid company could use this money because God knows I needed it way more!" The customer said a few seconds later, 'Go buy yourself your stupid gaming console while my family and I barely scrape by every month eating oatmeal and canned food for every goddamn meal!" As the customer walks out the mechanic said something rude, 'don't blame others that you weren't smart enough to get an education.' The customer went ballistic then and started cussing and threatening to beat the trash out of the mechanic. They threatened to call the police on him. The man just replied, F you, then left.

This guy I met from my work became my friend for a few weeks then he started literally leeching off of me. He's always calling me, asking me for rides, asking me to buy him food, smokes, and if I don't he harasses the hell out of me and insults me. Unfortunately he lives right next door! I'm 6'1" and weigh 165 lbs, 23 yr old male. I eat whole foods like nuts, whole grain bread, plenty of fruits, vegetables and vitamins. I started counting calories about 4 weeks ago, logged everything away carefully for a week and apparently I average 3100-3500 calories a day and am still always hungry. I actually even started eating a little less before I started counting. I'm a runner and when I don't eat at least 3500 the day before a run my performance suffers. My legs get very weak and I hit a wall of exhaustion half way through, whereas if I eat at least 4000 I can really kill it. I hydrate properly before. I run twice a week. My question is, supposedly 2200-2700 cal is enough for the 'average' male my size but it doesn't seem to be nearly enough for me. I don't know if I'm actually needing to eat more because comparing to 'average' daily intake mine seems pretty high that's why I'm wondering if I need to see my doctor. I've eaten a lot my whole life. I've always been able to out eat anyone but I'm trying to be careful because at this age metabolism starts to slow. Maybe I'm not at that point yet.

My doc prescribed me 40mg of adderal. I took the cap 1 hr ago. At first I felt stimulated, giggity and great. Now I'm extremely lightheaded, nauseous and way too stimulated. Its very uncomfortable. I might have to tell my doc to lower the dose. What can I do to bring it down?!

My doctor says I'm overweight and I'm only 6'1" and weigh approx 165 pounds, with a 29" waist. I am a MALE, 22 yrs old my doctor is an older female. So how could she be right? I thought I was doing well. My BMI is not that high. I used to weight 190 lbs but I lost it all in about three months earlier this year.

I decided to start counting calories. I've been counting very carefully and as accurately as I could. I started about a week ago, just counting everything I eat without changing anything. Apparently my daily intake lands between 3300 and 3600 cal per day. A lot of people say they eat only 2000-2300 a day, sometimes less. My weight fluctuates around 165lbs, and I'm just over six foot tall. I tried only eating a 'normal' amount but I was weak, lightheaded, and irritable the whole day and couldn't get anything done and had a major brain fog. Could it be a thyroid problem or just a fast metabolism?

My two buddies and I have experimented with nutmeg a lot and we've only used marijuana a few times but we like nutmeg better because it produces a similar but much longer lasting high. My very first head space was from nutmeg. Today I bought a few pot cookies each has 1.7 grams weed. Is 1.7 grams too much? The serving size is only half a cookie but I kind of want to try eating the whole thing. In the past I've gotten pretty stoned from a pinch of weed.

Some background. My buddies and I take nutmeg nearly every day and have been doing so for the past month and a half. We 'trip' on nutmeg on a regular basis. I've been thinking of trying cough syrup. People recommend 150 mg of DXM for a first real trip. We've tried weed before just a few times and it feels like nutmeg but I like nutmeg way better because it lasts longer and is legal. Some have recommended I take 400mg of DXM and others have said no more then 150mg. By the way anyone wanting to try nutmeg should not eat more then 2 tablespoons. My two buddies and I eat 5-8 tablespoons on a regular basis because we been doing it awhile and we have a somewhat tolerance. I just downed a disgusting nutmeg tea containing 6 tablespoons and almost vomited. It tastes way worse in hot water then by the spoonful. What can I expect from a cough syrup trip?
