HIV Positive?
Had night sweats starting this past Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights. Diarreah started Thursday morning and has continued through today. Not going several times a day but when I go, the stools are loose. No other symptoms. I did start my period Thursday morning. I was thinking and hoping they both were because of my cycle, but I m worried about HIV. Last unprotected sexual encounter was August 28th. I got tested on Thursday but dont have results back yet. I m paranoid.

your worried and stressed over something you don't even have as you don't have HIV

They aren't the symptoms of AIDS. Look it up, the symptoms are completely different. You've just eaten something bad. You wouldn't get AIDS symptoms for months or even years anyway (if at all in rare cases).
