Can not drinking enough water give you diahorrea?

    No, quite the opposite - diarrhea can make a cat very dehydrated. Diarrhea is from worms, and other parasites like coccidia and giardia, and even the corn crappy dry cat foods. Best thing is to take a stool sample to the vet to see what parasites are living in there. Coccidia and giardia can not be treated with any over the counter products, as they need specific antibiotics, and you will never see them in the stool as they are tiny cysts.
