Did Jesus Christ make the world if so how did he make the world with one sand at a time or did he use a lot of sand? or speak the word?

    Matter is knowledge at rest just like mass is energy at rest- that's how God through His infinite knowledge (immaterial) made the material universe.

    Jesus did indeed create everything (John 1:1-3). As Genesis, chapter 1, reveals, God spoke and thus made the universe.
