Can Legislative and Supreme Court members members vote for President? Also could Trump vote for himself during the next election?

I want to make a point that politicians who are in a seat of power can still be considered citizens and thus can vote other people into positions of power. I also want to make a point that politicians can represent people voting

Presidents, Supreme Court Justices, and members of Congress can all vote, and the elective ones can certainly vote for themselves.
