it depends on if you want to call yourself one. I personally find no issues with Bronies, or any fandom for that matter, as long as the person in question isn't kind of person who puts sexualized versions of the characters up on the internet, and I'm sure many other people feel the same (Though they aren't as outspoken as the haters) so of you want to be one, go ahead, if not, that's fine too.
