You buy your plate. That is your min. liability insurance on the vehicle. The plate is not cheap. If you wish more than that you see a agent to buy extra. This may not be true in all Nations and insurance take you safety..........

    Cash, check or credit card!

A song and a dance is not considered legal tender.

Maybe you can find an agent who will accept gold (provided you have some).

First of all you need to be of legal age to enter a contract, secondly you need a "designated driver" (if you have a drivers license that will do) and lastly you need a car. If you do not have a car an agent can still be located and arrangements can be made to secure the insurance when the car is identified. To purchase a car earnest money or a down payment may be required and financing. Do not accept delivery of the car until the insurance policy has been entered into. Once you have a signed purchase agreement you return to the insurance agent and procure a "binder" and then return to the car dealership to complete the purchase. Even if cash is to be paid for the car, get the insurance binder first before accepting the car!
