If someone is on disability, evades his share of his medical bills, but has money for an asset what can be done?

    Disability ans SS are not touchable for collections.

    How is he "evading his share of his medical bills"? If they are in HIS name, since they are HIS bills, the hospital can send it to collections. Then they will likely take him to Court and get a judgement that will follow him around.
