Yes, indeed you can get circumcised at any age - but the earlier the better. It is certainly better to get it done as a teen than wait until you want intercourse only to find that you need circumcision and this puts you 'out of action' for a couple of months!
The only fly in the ointment is that whilst still under 18 (16 in some places) you need parental consent to get circumcised - which may not be forthcoming.

I got it circumcised at age 59 and wish i done it earlier.

You can get circumcised at any age. I was circumcised at 16, best thing that ever happened to me.
