    Don't. The benefits are minimal at best, and the negatives such as damage to tooth enamel, throat burn, and excess acid in the stomach (stomach issues) is real. There are some other benefits to taking ACV, but if your main interest in it is fat loss, I'd skip it. It's no magic bullet (there is none).

    Don't waste your time it doesn't work, been there tried it with every other quick fix diet, now type 2 diabetic and have to stick to healthy eating and basic exercise and have lost 28lbs, Good Luck

    You drink it. It tastes awful. You don't lose weight because you didn't change your already bad eating habits. They you get these 7 side effects.
